i like how this robin’s belly matches the rust color on the fence and even is in the same color family as the rusty train in the background…i was with lexi for mom and girl night when we found this robin eating his worm dinner.

this was taken saturday, while we were out on a hike. lexi, logan and i climed up a cliff – and needless to say, the enthusiasm was over-the-top about our success!

we got a zoo pass, and have been twice so far this summer. i think the flamingos are so beautiful! we are planning to go on wednesday for another visit.
